Client Need:

M/I Home’s Marketing Manager needed to promote a new townhome community and advertise 20% off all options on the company’s website. 

Design Solution:

Following M/I Home’s strict branding guidelines, I designed a digital vector design website banner.  The banner had to resemble the website’s branded colors and typefaces.

Outcome:

The vector design was used by M/I Homes in order to promote the opening of the new townhome at Bauer Place. This increased the prospective buyer's interest in the Bauer Place townhomes.
