M2Execution Persona Specific 
Email Campaign

Client Need: 
M2Execution (M2eX) a sales effectiveness company committed to helping their clients achieve top and bottom line growth by providing targeted sales training and customized coaching services launched a new company website introducing their new brand, and sales training and coaching services. To introduce the new brand and launch the new website, M2eX marketing team created a persona specific email marketing campaign to drive traffic to the new website.

 

Design Solution:
Following the new branding guidelines and visual identity requirements, I created 4 persona specific logos visually communicating their role “On the Grid for Calculated Success”.  Each persona specific email is HTML formatted with 5 Call to Actions linking to the M2eX new website. Each Call to Action is persona specific and links the reader to persona specific website pages.

 

Outcome:
The average open rate for the persona specific emails was 44% with an average click thru rate of 14% to persona specific website solutions page. In addition, the Call to Action to view M2eX Welcome Video resulted in 65 number of views and averaged 33 seconds of view time. M2eX achieved their goal of communicating their new brand to their targeted personas and driving traffic to their new website.
